Mám podobnú chybu pri inštalácii frameworku 4. Skúsil som vyššie zmienené možnosť s vypnútím a zapnutím updatov a stále nič.
Skúsil som aj možnosť od Danielsona, ale stále hodí tu istý chybu.

W7 64 bit. Lenovo Y510p

mal som tú istú chybu, po dnoch googlenia som zistil, že treba vymazať poškodený polostiahnutý update a potom to normálne beží, len cestu už si nepamätám.
Poprípade treba skontrolovať ešte services, či tam nieje ešte vypnutý jeden proces, ktorý je tiež potrebný na WU ale znova žiaľ si nepamätám meno procesu, treba pogoogliť tú chybu, ono riešenie je googli je. už som to u seba raz robil ale bolo to tak rok dozadu a takisto som skúšal milión vecí, takže neviem presne, ktorá vec to napravila. Ale ako posledné som vymazával tie stiahnuté updaty a potom sa to rozbehlo.

Ešte predtým než som sem napísal som niektoré riešenia z netu skúšal, ale bezvýsledne. Neskôr sa s tým pohrám a ak by to robilo problém tak reinštalujem windows.
Zatiaľ to ide aj bez toho.

Na konci stránky je tento návod:
1/ Start. Run. Type "cmd"
2/ Type "net stop WuAuServ" ( stop Windows Update). Then close
3/ Start. Run. Type "%windir%"
4/ Find and Rename folder "SoftwareDistribution" ---> "SDold".
5/ Do step 1/ again
6/ Type "net start WuAuServ" ( restart Windows Update).
7/ Install NFW4 again.
