And heres how you can get a different crosshair for each class.
Go to your folder "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\*USER NAME*\team fortress 2\tf\cfg".
There you will see .CFG files. There is one for each tf2 class, i.e. Demoman.cfg.
Each config file executes the console commands it contains every time you chose that class in game.
These files are empty by default but you can add anything you like to them.
If you want to use crosshair #27 when you are a demoman then open demoman.cfg with notepad and enter the line
cl_crosshair_file "custom_27"
save and close the file. Then open the other classes .cfg files and add the same line changing the file name to whatever crosshair you want for that class.

Vobec neodporucam skripty na RJ. Da sa to lahko naucit. Skus pozriet nejake videa na youtube. Su tam dost dobre tutorialy, ak vies aspon nieco po anglicky tak pochopis.
