jj ale mne nejde vitvorit profil ke zapnem hru tak sa mi ukaze tabulka kde mam zadat meno profilu potom potvrdim a ukaze sa mi tabulka ze nemam profil a ze ho potrebujem khraniuu ci si ho chcem vitvorit dam ano zase napisem meno a zase to iste

Nepotrebujes profil, das cancel. Steps for WinVista
Go into C:\Users\YourProfile\Local Settings\Application Data (a hidden folder, you may need to type it manually into the address bar)\Activision\players\profiles.
Create a folder and name it whatever you want. Now create (still in \profiles) a .txt document and name it active.txt. Inside that document, type the exact name of the folder you just created.
Make sure you’re doing this with administrator rights, as otherwise Vista likes to be annoying and hide some files from you, essentially making you overwrite files that “do not” exist.

Tam si vytvoris zlozku napr. "Slayter" bez uvodzoviek, vyjdes z tvojho priecinka a stale v \profiles vytvoris txt subor active.txt, kde zadas PRESNY nazov tvojej novovytvorenej zlozky, t.j. napr. Slayter.
Uisti sa ze to robis s administratorskymi pravami, lebo ti moze napisat ze profil neexistuje.
