Thanks for the email. We realize that member accounts were not debited properly after redemption. The good news is that if you redeemed a prize legitimately and have a confirmation, you'll get your prize! Unfortunately, if you did not receive an order receipt, then your redemption was unsuccessful.
We'll be adjusting your PTZ once we process your order. This system issue may have allowed members to redeem multiple prizes that you truly did not have the points for. With that said, we will allow your first item to go through and cancel the remaining prizes (over 50 points in one day) without any penalty to you.
If you have received a receipt with an order #0 or # on it, or a receipt with the wrong product on it, your order went through, but please email the Lockerz receipt that your received to [email protected]. We can then process these orders over the next week and ensure that your prize is processed correctly.
Make sure you email the receipt, otherwise we won't be able to process your order.

Kvoli tym prazdnym Order Receipt # to zacali riesit tak, ze poslali ti prvy Order Receipt hned potom ako si redeemol, ked si tam nemal ziadne OR#, tak si mal svoj OR preposlat na [email protected] a potom ti mal prist druhy Order Receipt. Ak ti neprisiel, tak ako 90% ludom co si redeemli, asi cena nebude .

If you have a receipt that is missing an order number or has #0 on it, you are
OK to get your prize. If you haven't done so already, make sure to forward your
receipt (do not copy and paste) to the e-mail address [email protected].

had issues with missing data on receipts. The good news is that if you redeemed
a prize legit AND you got a confirmation, you'll get your prize! We'll be
processing orders over the coming week, so don't worry if your PTZ aren't gone
yet.
If you got multiple receipts, don't worry. We'll process your first order and
cancel the rest.

tak teraz neveim ...v prvom pišu,že nechcu copy a paste toho,čo mi prišiel mal bez cisla...takže čo im mam vlastne napisať aby som sa dočkal svojej ceny? proadtem i dakto:) v angličtine som uplne out
edit:moderatori budu mať asi zase radosť,. pani ak je niekto dobry angličtinar tak mi napište presne od slova čo napisať..kedžte mi prišlo v jednom emaili,že nechcu len preposlanie toho prveho mailu,tak čo teda chcu?
ja som to pochopil tak, ze prave oni chcu iba preposlanie Order Receipt-u, nie copy/paste ze ten order receipt skopirujes a len pastnes do noveho mailu ktory im posles, proste preposlat im ho presne ako ti prisiel, s obrazkami atd.. pravdepodobne im niektory posielali ten mail upraveny, len cisty text, atd..
Dovolil jsem si udelat vlastni lockerz stranku s pozvankami
POstupem casu tam budu pridavat nejake fotky a dalsi veci, ale zatim si myslim ze je to good .

If you redeemed a prize during our latest redemption and your pointz haven't
been deducted, don't worry....they will be.
We're also still experiencing pointz display errors. It may also be due to a
loss of pointz from our Amnesty program.
New members who have joined within the past 3 weeks may not have functioning
