Dear Lockerz Member:

Thank you for contacting Lockerz. Last night we discovered that a whole lot of
emails that members sent us never made it to us. We are very sorry about that,
and are in the process of upgrading our email response system.

In the meantime, we are sending this automated email to members who emailed us
in the last week. This email contains the answers to a lot of common questions.
If this email doesn’t answer your specific question, please respond to
[email protected], and we’ll try to make responding to you a priority.

Here are the answers to common questions:

REDEMPTION ORDERS: We’re processing orders from the redemption as we speak…err,
type, and have already started shipping some of the prizes. More prizes will be
shipped over the next 7 to 10 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation
when your prize is shipped. Some members have not seen PTZ deducted for prizes
they redeemed in November. Your PTZ will be deducted shortly after your prize
is shipped.

PTZ COUNTS: We adjusted PTZ counts, and then invite counts, earlier this week.
Your invites PTZ were adjusted when PTZ were adjusted, so you wouldn’t have
received additional invites PTZ when you saw your invites count adjusted. We’re
still experiencing a few display errors, but just know that your PTZ are stored
safely in our database and we’ll be working to correct the errors every few
days.

AMNESTY PTZ ADJUSTMENT: We HAVE NOT adjusted PTZ from the Amnesty Program. We
will do that over the next 10 days.

NEW MEMBER ACCOUNTS: Newer members who have joined in the past 3 weeks may have
a problem with broken accounts where their PTZ aren’t registered to their
account and nothing shows up on their MyLockerz page. We’re working on a fix
right now.

SENDING INVITES: Some invites are not currently being sent out properly. Once
this is fixed, invites you have sent will be delivered. We don’t think you’ll
need to resend invites.

ACCEPTING INVITES: The link in Lockerz invitations is not working properly.
This is causing three problems: 1) invitees may not be able to get to the
Lockerz site from the invitation, 2) invitees complete their information on the
registration page, but are then told their email address is already in the
system, and 3) inviter accounts may show that invitee has not accepted when
invitee has accepted.

LOGIN PROBLEMS: Some members can not login. That is a problem with our site,
not your account.

Z-LIST T-SHIRTS: Our Z-List has been growing so fast that our t-shirt supply
can't keep up. If you recently achieved Z-List status, we must ask you to wait
until January to receive your t-shirt.

NEXT RESTOCK: We are not announcing the date of the next restock. Keep checking
in everyday!

Tuesday Update - As we said yesterday, we completed our fraud check. Everyone who redeemed a prize legit, will receive a second order confirmation by Tuesday, December 15, at the latest.

We regret to inform you that your most recent prize redemption has been cancelled due to substantial activity in your account that violates our terms and conditions. Such activity could include not accurately acknowledging the extent of cheating during our Amnesty week, redeeming a prize when you had not achieved Z-List status, sending invitations to false email addresses, or other activities prohibited by Lockerz.

 

Please be advised that we are not only canceling your order, we are also setting all of your account PTZ to zero, as we do not tolerate cheating. Since we do believe in second chances, we will not disable your account and you are welcome to continue to earn legitimate PTZ in that account.  Please consider this a warning that if we find any other suspicious activity in your account we will disable it immediately.

 

Please note that the cancellation of your prize and PTZ are not negotiable. This decision is final.

Dear Z-Lister,


Thank you for your patience as we spent the last two plus weeks sorting through all prize redemptions that have been impacted by our technology glitch during the November Z-list only redemption.  These orders were very difficult to research because they were missing critical information including exact product information or a receipt number.  Plus, in some cases PTZ had not been deleted from members' accounts.  
 
While we were able to recover and fill the vast majority of those orders impacted by problems, the item you ordered was so over-redeemed due to the tech problems that we cannot restock your prize in a reasonable amount of time.  We are truly sorry to let even a few hundred members down despite filling thousands of orders in one redemption.  
 
To show you how truly sorry we are to disappoint you, we are fully refunding your PTZ (if they were deleted in the first place) as well as sending you a free gift card for $50 to amazon.com. This is our way of showing you how much you mean to us.  These will be sent in e-card form to you shortly.
 
We are also going to allow all of your PTZ to stay valid a full 30 days longer than the normal 12 month period so you are not penalized in any way for missing a redemption.
 
Beginning with our next redemption, we are introducing a whole new system that should avoid and fix the tech issues that have plagued our previous efforts.  As you may know, we're a very young site that's still in beta, and the redemption process is still evolving.  While we're grateful and appreciative of the many members who complimented the progress we made on this redemption, we will remain dissatisfied and will not rest until we provide a bug-free, reliable experience to each of our founding members on Lockerz.
