I've just tried it and it still works after a reboot:
Right click on "My computer" - select "manage"
Double click "Services and Applications"
Double click "Services"
Then look for "Network list service" double click.
In "general" tab, next to startup type I selected "disabled".

I also put the following change:
Right click on "My computer" - select "manage"
Double click "Services and Applications"
Double click "Services"
Then look for "Network Location Awareness" double click.
In "general" tab, next to startup type I selected "Automatic (delayed start)".

Save all changes and reboot. I get a red arrow now instead of the yellow triangle but Origin works! I can also access the internet and everything else.
