It is agreed as follows:
The lessor provides the studio in the basement as well as free access to the kitchen, living room and bathroom of the studio. A state of place of entry will be made on arrival.
The rent includes the furnished housing and utilities (water, electricity, internet).
The rent is 420 euros per month, payable at a fixed time of 1 month. This agreement is valid from 28 june 2013 to 30 September 2013.
A 250 fee (payable by bank transfer or cash) is required as a guarantee and will be given to the tenant at the end of tenure in exchange for keys. Any damage to the leased premises or equipment available will be deducted from the warranty.
