No skoda ja si to asi nezahrajem mam na to slabu masinu
podla toho testu ,ale zaujimave, ze ked som dal test na ine hry ,ktore bezne hravam tak mi napisalo to iste takze tymto testom moc neverim a riadim sa vlastnymi skusenostami. ajtak si tu hru stiahnem a vyskusam a urcite mi pojde sice na minimum detailoch ,ale pojde :wink caute

Zabudol si este na Elder Scrolls cast 2 : Daggefall. Pre tych co uz hraju. Mam vsetko namaxovane, aj v driver profile a nemam na zaciatku tiene. Ako tie kosti, rebra, retaze nevrhaju tiene. V trailery sa tym chvastali a ukazovali to tam. Proste to vypada ako keby ste nasvietili scenu v MAXku. Cel by som vediet ci aj Vy mate taketo neotienovane prostredie, alebo ci je to drivermi

bah!. Oblivion NENI next gen hra, tymi tienmi stratil na realisticnosti. Vypada ako keby bol cely nagelovany, leskly, nechutny grrr...neviem naco vnadia ludi trailermi a potom to rusia...>_<

http://www.joystiq.com/2006/02/02/obliv ... 360-vs-pc/6. I just wonder why soft shadows were removed for itemized objects in Oblivion, for both PC AND XBOX versions. Why do they claim that the XBOX is a huge source of untapped power? Is it the way the game is written to code?
Any clues?

Can anyone speculate why XBOX 360 and PC won't be seeing soft shadows for item-objects? No ribcages with their own realtime shadows people! Why not? Why not make it a slider for PC? And why not make it a standard for the 360 if it supposedly is so god-damn next gen?

Bethesda have said that all shadows on static objects (such as books, tables etc.) have been removed. The shadows cast by swords, armour and characters (i.e. things that move around without being dragged) still cast shadows. This was necessary to remove the frame rate issues.
If any of you are particularly irritated, I will quote from one of the people from the Elder Scrolls Forums, he says what I mean in a nutshell:
"Every piece of food, every plate, bowl, cup, fork, knife, the books, scroll, soul gems, gold coins, and winebottles, plus everything on the shelves and table in the background, is an object that you can pick up. You can read the books, you can eat the food or combine it to make potions, drink the wine, or sell all of it. Or you can take it somewhere else and put it in a pile. You can drag the items around, you can use telekinesis to manipulate them, you can hit them with your weapon, or you can fire an area effect spell at them and they'll all go flying.
OR, we could change it so that the objects are static -- there's no interaction, they're fixed in place. Instead of an apple in a bowl for example, you'd see a "bowl of apples" object that you could never move, that would act as a container and always looked full of apples even if you took all of the apples out. Either that or there's nothing there but static, non-interactive objects, and we only allow you to place items from your inventory into containers and not into the world. Because that's the type of thing we'd have to do -- on PC or on Xbox 360 -- to allow everything to cast shadows of their own."
Basically, would you rather sacrafice gameplay for graphics? The choice is yours, but I stick to gameplay all the way.
