bola dna ** 2007 zistena distribucia
diela chraneneho autorskymi pravami, prostrednictvom protokolov
peer to peer.

Nakolko je takato cinnost protizakonna, dovolujem si Vas
poziadat, aby
ste si preverili svoj system a nasledne ho zabezpecili. Verim,
ze tato
situacia nastala nedopatrenim a nie umyselne.
V pripade, ze nedojde k naprave vzniknutej situacie, budeme
nuteni
postupovat podla clanku VI bodu 1 pismena h Vseobecnych
obchodnych
podmienok nasej
spolocnosti - Prava a povinnosti Slovanetu.

Slovanet ma pravo

h) uskutocnit dodatocne sposoby ochrany siete, ak je to
nevyhnutne na
ochranu siete, ucastnikovho uzivania
sluzby, za predpokladu ze to nesposobí dodatocne financné
naklady
ucastnika.

V pripade blokovania sluzby a nasledneho znovuzapojenia Vam
podla zavaznosti vzniknutej situacie moze byt fakturovany
poplatok 400,- Sk bez DPH.

Ako dokaz svojho tvrdenia prikladam na konci kopiu mailu, ktorym
