Menil si konfiguráciu xservera? Pri grafickej karte od Nvidia by som čakal, že budeš používať ovládač nvidia, v horšom prípade nv (a nie vesa).

Nepíšeš postup, čo sa vlastne stalo, predtým ti to fungovalo? Na tejto stránke stiahneš Envy ovládače k tvojej grafickej karte Nvidia: http://albertomilone.com/nvidia_scripts1.html pre Debian. Ale neviem, či to má vôbec zmysel, keď sa nemôžeš dostať do X-serveru. Ak si menil konfiguračné nastavenia X-serveru, tak si si nespravil zálohu xorg.conf ?

Aspoň nejaké hlásenie o chybe tam musí byť a ešte by bolo treba vedieť či to fungovalo nejako alebo ani nie, či má vôbec nainštalovaný VESA driver aspoň, veď keď sa tam napíše to ešte nemusí byť nainštalované.

Rekonfigurácia by mala pomôcť a s nv alebo v najhoršom prípade s vesa by to malo fungovať (hlavne s nvidia bez problémov) ale informácie sú nulové, že niečo nefunguje z toho sa nedá vedieť že prečo.

Asi lepšie by bolo keby si si nainštaloval Mandrivu, Ubuntu alebo podobné "automaciké" distro.

Keď sa to nespustí ani s vesa (ani nv) tak tam bude nejaký iný problém.

a vlastne jedine co som spravil bolo to ze som prepisal v configuraku na vesa

Neviem, či som ťa správne pochopil, nemožeš sa dostať do grafického režimu vôbec? Pri zapnutí PC skús dať recovery mode, to si vyberieš pri štarte grubu, potom po načítaní všetkých riadkov OK, fail... napíš príkaz startx a mal by si sa dostať do grafického režimu. Tým vlastne zistíš, že xorg grafika funguje. Potom reštartuj PC a skús ho spustiť v normálnom režime. Ak by to nešlo, prepni sa opäť do recovery mode a skús napísať príkaz: dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

AMD verziu čoho? Nvidia má iba jednu verziu grafického ovládača (teda dve, 32b a 64b). Linux je tiež iba jedna verzia (teda dve, 32b a 64b).
