prufen -- škúšať, kontroľovať
fullen -- plniť, vyplniť

ospravedlnujeme sa za vsetky neprijemnosti.
Mohli by ste spravit pre nas par fotiek vasej zasielky(dodaci listok, vaha zasielky atd). Hned ako to odkontrolujeme s nasim uradnikom v sklade dostanete rychlu odpoved. Nevadilo by vam pockat trpezlivo tyzden?

Prepac ale tvoja graficka karta nesplna minimalne poziadavky. Upgrajdnutie (kupa novej) grafickej karty spravi vsetkym aplikaciam lepsie..Klikni na "My Odporucame" tlacidlo, kde uvidis super nastavenia/rady..

V skratke - balici ti zabalili zlu vec. Mas im to poslat najlacnejsim moznym sposobom na adresu pre chybne produkty spolu s tracking cislom. Ked im to pride, poslu ti spravnu vec a preplatenie postovneho. Ked im to posles, mal by si poslat trackovacie cislo, alebo nejake potvrdenie o odoslani, fotku, alebo cokolvek co je vhodne.
VELMI dolezite: pribalit k produktu co posielas listok s
1. cislom objednavky
2. sku (?) cisla a pocet navratenych jednotiek
3. kratky popis problemu (ak som spravne pochopil, ze ti prislo nieco co si si neobjednal, tak napis "Incorrect item shipped"
Toto urychli spracovanie poziadavku.
